The purpose of the DASH User Group is to provide a forum for external stakeholders to raise any issues with DAS operational processes and to work together to find solutions and share best practice.
The group was formed in 2013 to provide a forum for internal and external stakeholders to raise any issues they have with the DASH system, make recommendations for improvements and share best practice and the purpose changed to include DAS operational processes in April 2017.
The group is chaired by Lisa Ledingham-Park from AiB’s DAS team and each member has the responsibility to bring any issues from their respective groups to the meeting and report back on action points raised and agreed solutions.
