Office appointments
If you wish to attend the office for a face-face appointment, then this should be made in advance by contacting the relevant team.
Please do not visit the office if you have covid symptoms or have tested positive in the past 7 days.

All media enquiries should be sent directly to AiB Communications mailbox. We will endeavour to provide a response within deadlines.

The Register of Insolvencies is a public register that provides information on insolvent individuals and companies. The information is provided for the purposes of providing key information to those who may have an interest.
Outwith normal opening hours, journalists should call SG duty communications office on 0300 244 4000. Calls are logged by security staff and the on duty press officer will respond to you.
Complaints
It is important to us that complaints are dealt with promptly. If you have a complaint about the service you have received from a department or an official, we will work with you to resolve the complaint in a full and fair way, keeping you informed of progress.
