The senior management team assists and advises the Agency Chief Executive on how the strategic direction of AiB influences and impacts on the operational duties and needs of the organisation.
The role of the senior management team is to:
- provide a forum for the development of the Corporate Risk Register
- ensure Executive members of the Advisory Board are informed of matters within the Agency
- provide a forum for decisions that may impact on the Agency and the associated costs of these decision
- provide an opportunity for the members to prepare for The Board and Fraser Figure meetings, ensuring consideration of the quarterly report
