AiB customer service commitment

To inform the key performance indicator on quality of service (KPI-4) , AiB conducts a customer satisfaction survey every two years. The survey is aimed at those who have been in a statutory Scottish debt products, creditors and money advice sector (public and private).

The latest survey ended in December 2018 and gave an overall customer satisfaction rating of 88%. 

AiB has developed an action plan to address any key issues identified through our customer responses.
