Standards of Service

These standards are intended for those dealing directly with the office of the Accountant in Bankruptcy


Introduction

AiB handles high volumes of enquiries. This section sets out the standards you can expect from staff when you contact the AiB office. These include an indication of the maximum time you should have to wait to receive a response.

Some matters have a statutory timescale for action which may be different from those specified in these Standards of Service.

AiB staff will inform you if a statutory timescale applies and when you can expect a response.
