We are hosting a series of free online sessions to engage with those across the debt and insolvency sector. These will cover a range of topics including DAS, policy and debtor applications.

Debtor Applications 

A walkthrough of the process and a discussion on how the process could be made better / easier for stakeholders.

DAS

Discussion and focus on the process, what works well, what could be done better and how we can improve the experience.

Trust deeds

Trust deeds from an IP perspective, hosted by Thomas Fox, Harper McDermott.

Communications 

Discussion on the AiB website, a potential external helpdesk for IT issues to be raised and the future of reporting.

Policy 

Discussion on the policy development process and the impact of stakeholder engagement with a focus on the Mental Health Moratorium and other potential changes such as possible recommendations from the McDermid consultation.

When

Sessions will be held throughout the day on Wednesday 11 June and repeated on Thursday 19 June 2025.
