The Notes for Guidance for trustees describes the general functions of Accountant in Bankruptcy and trustees in relation to their responsibilities regarding protected trust deeds (PTDs) which were granted on or after 30 November 2016

The PTD Protocol promotes good practice, improves transparency and provide further clarity in support of the Notes for Guidance.

The PTD working group provide information and guidance on the administration of protected trust deeds in Scotland. The group help identify areas of concern around this and act as a discussion forum.
