Will my name be on a public register?

Yes, your name and bankruptcy details will be listed on the Register of Insolvencies for the duration of your bankruptcy.

Your details will normally be removed 12 months after your trustee is discharged.

However, If you do not comply with your trustee, your details may remain on the register for longer.
