Summaries of bankruptcy reviews for the 2024-25 financial year

Regulation 24 of the Bankruptcy (Applications and Decisions) (Scotland) Regulations 2016 requires AiB to make public a summary of all bankruptcy review decisions.

The following is a summary of the key reasons for decisions in bankruptcy reviews carried out annually. These reviews are structured in accordance with the relevant regulatory sections.
