eDEN

eDEN

eDEN is the online case management system for the Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS).

It can be accessed by all parties involved in a debt payment programme (DPP). This includes the DAS Administrator, money advisers, DAS clients, creditors, insolvency practitioners (Business DAS) and payments distributors.

Each organisation should have one user who is listed as a manager user and has responsibility for giving their colleagues general user or read-only user rights.

Each party has their own secure login, password details and permission rights depending on their role.
