The Coronavirus (Scotland) Bill

The emergency Coronavirus (Scotland) Bill was published on Tuesday 31 March 2020.  All 3 stages of the Bill’s passage are likely to take place on Wednesday 1 April 2020.  Subject to Parliament’s approval, the Bill is likely to come into force next week.
