Statement of current levels of shared service activity within AiB in the period

AiB currently shares the following services and systems of the Scottish Government:  Human Resources, Payment services, Financial Reporting, Payroll, IT Support.

It is AiB’s policy to use collaborative contracts wherever practicable.  During 2024-25 cash savings of £110,000 were delivered through our use of collaborative agreements.
