Bankruptcy Accounts and Trustee Supervision branch

This branch is made up of the Trustee Supervision team and the Bankruptcy Accounts team. The branch head is Kimberley Kerr.

Trustee Supervision team

The team leader is Claire McLaughlan and team responsibilities include:

• Appendix L heritage decisions
• Complaints and correspondence about trustee cases
• Supervision of trustees in bankruptcy
• Commissioner case supervision
• Change of trustee applications
• Directions
• Change of trustee following statutory/creditor meetings
