Submission of reports on BASYS

Please ensure prior to submitting your debtor discharge report on BASYS that all statutory documentation is uploaded to the BASYS case. This includes:

• trustee first circular
• inventory & valuation
• statement of affairs
• report re statutory meeting
• the statement of assets and liabilities (in creditor petition cases only)

Failure to include these documents may result in a delay to the authorisation of the discharge as the trustee will be contacted to update the case.

An increasing number of discharge reports are being submitted where the DCO has been submitted to AiB but not yet set. Please ensure the DCO is set on the BASYS case prior to submitting discharge reports recommending discharge. This will reduce any backlog of reports.

This will not be relevant to cases where discharge is not being recommended.
