This guide provides general advice on bankruptcy for people who have been made bankrupt
What happens after I am discharged?
Your trustee still has a duty to sell your assets. Your bankruptcy will not be finished until your trustee has completed the administration and they are discharged from their duties.
You must:
continue to co-operate with your trustee
continue to pay your DCO. If you stop making payments your trustee can extend the length of your DCO until all 48 payments are made
advise your trustee of any change in your circumstances
