AiB publishes a new digital strategy, setting an ambitious direction for the next five years, focusing on modern technology, high‑quality digital design, and a secure, integrated infrastructure to support an agile, user‑centred organisation


Alignment to strategic objectives

This strategy supports Accountant in Bankruptcy’s three strategic purposes by ensuring that core products remain robust, accessible, and fit for modern needs; embedding continuous improvement across all digital and operational functions; and strengthening engagement with stakeholders through transparent communication, co‑design, and collaboration.

The strategic themes of security, resilience, data insights, cloud‑first capability, workforce empowerment, standards alignment, and digital‑by‑default delivery act as the structural pillars supporting all transformation work for the next five years.

Service optimisation and digital inclusion initiatives ensure core insolvency and debt management services remain fit for purpose.

Data management & analytics, cybersecurity & resilience, staff development, and innovation collectively support continuous improvement.
