AiB Digital Strategy 2026-2030

AiB publishes a new digital strategy, setting an ambitious direction for the next five years, focusing on modern technology, high‑quality digital design, and a secure, integrated infrastructure to support an agile, user‑centred organisation

Cybersecurity and resilience

Cybersecurity remains a critical risk area across all public services. Accountant in Bankruptcy will strengthen its multi‑layered security controls, including multifactor authentication, vulnerability management, threat detection, and continuous monitoring.

Security is built-in: zero-trust access, multifactor authentication, continuous vulnerability assessment, and incident response exercises will be part of BAU with lessons learned that feed into configuration baselines and control improvements.

Resilience will be reinforced through regular incident response exercises, ongoing penetration testing, and robust disaster recovery testing and the introduction of self-healing patterns will increase service continuity.

This strategic focus will ensure that our systems and data remain protected against emerging threats and that service continuity can be maintained under adverse circumstances.
