Over the next five years, we will:

• deliver seamless, integrated digital journeys that reduce complexity
• ensure all services meet modern accessibility standards and support Scotland’s digital inclusion ambitions,
• embed strong cybersecurity and data protection practices across all systems
• provide staff with modern, collaborative tools that enhance productivity
• align all digital work with Scottish Government priorities, including ethical technology, cloud‑first principles, and net‑zero objectives
