Staff development & empowerment

To deliver this strategy, Accountant in Bankruptcy will continue investing in its people. Staff development will be supported through structured digital capability programmes focused on cloud skills, cybersecurity, analytics, automation, and service design. We will strengthen collaboration across teams through modern tools and create a culture where innovation, feedback, and continuous improvement are valued. Empowering staff with the right skills and tools is essential for sustaining a modern, agile organisation.

Continuous professional development for technical roles will continue and we will explore role-based digital skills pathways in security, data, cloud, and service design.

Collaboration tools will support hybrid work and feedback loops will drive iterative improvement of our working environment.
