4. Oracle go-live
Oracle is the new Human Resource (HR) and finance system being implemented by Scottish Government. This is scheduled to replace legacy systems from Autumn 2024.
AiB have high number of accounting and case management processes impacted by the new system. There will also be an increased expectation on managers for the HR element.
We will continue our preparation for the Oracle system go-live through participation in system testing and ongoing involvement in working groups.
This will ensure a consistent message is delivered and staff are suitably prepared for the changeover and implementation.
How will we know we’ve been successful?
key Oracle roles for finance and HR will be in place
planned finance processes will be operating on the Oracle system without detriment to existing service levels
