Objective

We will go out to our stakeholder community and work together to improve bankruptcy, DAS and protected trust deeds outcomes for the people of Scotland.

What we will do

• undertake a customer satisfaction survey of those individuals and organisations using AiB’s services at a personal or professional level 
• deliver training sessions to money advisers to help improve understanding of process and identify other improvement opportunity
• continue holding the protected trust deed standing committee and ensure communication of changes resulting from the new regulations
• hold debtor application working groups
• hold biannual bankruptcy stakeholder groups
• hold biannual Common Financial Tool working groups
