Three year strategy setting out how we will communicate effectively with all who use our services
Measuring success and outcomes
The communication team are committed to making this strategy a success by keeping the user at the forefront of all they do and say.
Throughout the lifecycle of the strategy, we commit to:
- customer satisfaction surveys in 2026 and 2028
- monitoring analytics via GA4 (Google Analytics) for the website and intranet to design new and revise existing content
- reviewing and implementing feedback obtained online from website users
- carrying out surveys/temperature checks with stakeholders and internal staff
- identifying cost and time efficiencies
- providing regular updates to the senior management team and seeking approval where necessary
Using the measures above effectively will enable us to achieve a successful implementation of this strategy.
Success to us will look like:
- an improved user journey from the outset
- continuing to have a leading example of an accessible external website which is a manageable and adequate size
- implementation of a new digital retention and review policy for the website and intranet
- improved collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
- a visible improvement to the AiB brand and identity
- an accessible publication suite of documents and guidance
- an AiB writing style and content guide
- clear communication channels
- our stakeholders and users being satisfied with how we communicate with them
